About Joel
Joel worked for Mosaic Fertilizer, Inc. in Bartow, FL for 14 years. While at Mosaic, he worked at the Phosphoric Acid department for 11 years then transferred to Sulfuric Acid department for the remaining 3 years of his employment. He was a member and captain of one of the Emergency Response Teams for 12 years. While at Mosaic He was safety committee chairman for both departments. In February 2012 Joel became one of the centers worker trainers doing training both for the center and his local union (ICWUC local 39C). He was hired as a full time staff instructor at the end of March 2020. Joel is also a member of LCLAA since 2017.
