Rob Rodgers has been working within the non-profit industry, assisting young adults with economic
self-sufficiency, for 10 years. He specialized in the building trades industry as a National Career of Construction Education & Research (NCCER) certified pre-apprenticeship construction Instructor and Program Manager of workforce development programs. Rob has instructed over 400 young adults and provided 87% of those young adults with employment opportunities.
He received his bachelor's degree at Morris Brown College in Atlanta and continued his education with his MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
Rob has two beautiful children, Cimone and Yara Rodgers and two grandchildren.
